Know before you buy. We don't do refunds or exchanges.

No Refunds. No Exchanges.

All purchases from ONHIZM are final sale. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason, including change of mind, incorrect sizing, or buyer's remorse.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Know Your Size

Since all sales are final, make sure you check our Sizing Guide before ordering. We provide detailed measurements for every piece so you can get the right fit the first time.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective due to a manufacturing issue, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll review the claim and, if verified, send a replacement of the same item.

This does not apply to normal wear, improper care, or damage caused after delivery.

Wrong Item Received

If we shipped you the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We'll send the correct item and provide a prepaid return label for the wrong one.

Shipping Protection

At checkout, you have the option to add Shipping Protection to your order for a small fee. This covers your package against loss, theft, or damage during transit.

If you purchase shipping protection and your order is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, we will send a full replacement at no additional cost.

If you decline shipping protection, ONHIZM is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping. By choosing not to add protection, you accept full responsibility for your order once it leaves our facility.

We strongly recommend adding shipping protection to every order.

Shipping & Delivery

All orders ship with tracking. Once your order is shipped, delivery times are in the hands of the carrier. ONHIZM is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or customs.

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. ONHIZM is not responsible for packages marked as delivered.

Disputes & Chargebacks

By completing a purchase on ONHIZM, you agree to our all-sales-final policy and acknowledge that shipping protection was offered at checkout.

If you experience an issue with your order, contact us first — we respond within 24 hours and resolve most issues same day. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting ONHIZM may result in the dispute being contested with full documentation, including proof of delivery, tracking information, and record of our policies accepted at purchase.

Fraudulent chargebacks will be pursued to the fullest extent and may result in being permanently banned from future purchases.
